
The name originates from the shape that reminds one of an ancient Greek theatre. The grapes are similar to those in Vigna Piaggione due to the same type of climate and seasonal trend.
These grapes are partly selected for the production of “Brunello” and partly for the production of “Rosso di Montalcino” .
