The grapes are a cross between those in Vigna Sorgente and Vigna Teatro. Sangiovese is selected for the production of “Rosso” and “Brunello di Montalcino” according to the properties of the grapes and the climatic seasonal trend.
“Cabernet Sauvignon” is used for the production of “Dopoteatro”.
